Hassan II Mosque
Visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque, the second world's largest mosque that rises above the ocean on an outcrop northwest of the Medina, a vast building that holds 25,000 worshipers and a further 80,000 in the squares around. To see the interior you must take a guided tour. The Mosque was designed by a French architect and took 6 years to build. The building blends Islamic architecture and Moroccan elements.
